Please take a moment to review our policies before your appointment. We want every visit to Full Circle Beauty to be a smooth, positive experience for you and all our clients.
Booking & Deposits
All appointments require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward your total service balance and are collected to secure your time slot. The deposit amount varies by service and will be displayed during the booking process.
Appointments can be booked online 24/7 through our GlossGenius portal at fullcirclebeautyyy.com/book. We accept Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm, all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so through your booking confirmation email or by calling/texting us at (619) 361-1441 as early as possible. We understand that life happens — please just give us as much notice as you can so we can offer your time slot to another client.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service to stay on schedule for other clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit forfeited.

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on completed services. If you have any concerns about your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment at fullcirclebeautyyy@gmail.com or (619) 361-1441 and we will do our best to make it right.
Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows and same-day cancellations. Deposits for cancellations made with 24+ hours notice may be applied to a future appointment at our discretion.
Service Requirements
- Hair length: For waxing services, hair must be at least 1/4 inch (approximately 2–3 weeks of growth after shaving). Hair that is too short cannot be waxed effectively.
- Skin condition: We cannot wax over sunburned skin, active rashes, open cuts or wounds, or skin affected by certain medications. Please disclose any relevant medications or skin conditions when booking.
- Retinol and exfoliants: If you use retinol or prescription retinoids, please discontinue use 5–7 days before a waxing service. These medications thin the skin and increase the risk of lifting.
- Accutane: If you are currently taking or have taken Accutane in the past 6 months, we cannot perform waxing services. Please consult your dermatologist.
Health & Safety
Full Circle Beauty maintains strict sanitation standards. All wax is applied fresh (we do not double-dip), all tools are single-use or properly sanitized between clients, and treatment surfaces are fully disinfected before each appointment.
If you are feeling unwell on the day of your appointment, we ask that you reschedule out of respect for the health of our staff and other clients. Please call or text us at (619) 361-1441.
Privacy Policy
We collect only the personal information necessary to manage your appointments (name, email, phone number, and payment information). Your information is stored securely through our booking platform and is never sold or shared with third parties. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at fullcirclebeautyyy@gmail.com.
